Gert Jan Van Der Linden (NED) - Coach
On CHN's performance:
"China played better after going through a series of matches. They worked as a team and played their best. They did take a lot of shots, but could not get them to go in."
On their performance:
"We played against China, but also against ourselves. We missed 20 out of 24 shots in the first quarter."
Paul Toes (NED) - Center
On China's performance:
"It was quite good as compared to last time, they sunk more shots."
On the captain's (Anton de Rooij) injury:
"He injured his finger 2 games ago and this time hurt his hand, which aggravated his injury."
On interceptions:
"We made many good interceptions, because we communicated with each other on court leading to good cooperation."
On strategic changes during the game:
"After half-time, we set up a 3-man press which helped us nail more shots."
On training plan:
"We will train more on working as a team and personally, towards improving my individual skills."
On touring Beijing:
