(Beijing, January 24) Australia thrashed China 52-24 in the men's semifinal of the "Good Luck Beijing" 2008 Wheelchair Basketball International Invitational Tournament this afternoon at the National Indoor Stadium.

Australia got into a rhythm early in the match due to their strength advantage and never gave any opportunity to their rivals. China's zone defense harvested 32 defensive rebounds compared to 8 offensive boards of Australia, but the tactic also allowed their counterparts to make 2-of-7 from the arc.
