(Beijing, September 27) The press conference for the National Indoor Stadium was held in Beijing Conference Center. In the conference, the venue operation team introduced the preparation for the 4 coming "Good Luck Beijing" sport events, which including Artistic Gymnastic, Trampoline, Handball and Wheelchair Basketball.

Wang Hui, the administrative vice minister of BOCOG news and propagandistic department, Li Guo, the director and Ren Lihang, the vice director of the venue operation team of National Indoor Stadium, Zhang Jingdong, the the general manager of Guo Ao Investment and the staff of the venue operation team and reporters attended the press conference.

The National Indoor Stadium which is on the point of being delivered has a steel roof truss of double bowstring truss with the biggest span of roof truss in the world, which is just like a huge fan in the center of the Olympic Green and becomes a characteristic architecture community with the 'Bird's Nest' and 'Water Cube'.

With the technology of steel scoria backfilling, natural lighting and solar generating, the contribution of the National Indoor Stadium shows its characteristics of Green Olympics, People's Olympics and Hi-tech Olympics. After being delevered, the National Indoor Stadium has a capacity of 20000 which is the biggest in China.

With the preparation of more than half a year, the preliminary preparation for the "Good Luck Beijing" Sport events has been completed. According to the demand of the organizing committee, the venue operation team of the National Indoor Stadium has start their preparation.

From Nov.28 2007 to Jan.25 2008, 4 "Good Luck Beijing" sport events: Artistic Gymnastic, Trampoline, Handball and Wheelchair Basketball will be held in National Indoor Stadium. And the events of the 4 sports will be also held here during 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympics.

So far, the tickets for the 4 coming events has already been on sale. People could buy their tickets through the official website of "Good Luck Beijing", tickets hot-line and the ticket offices. The ticket offices inside the venue will be open two days before the events. The tickets price for the 4 events are 10 yuan for the preliminaries, 30 and 50 for the finals.
